Master Recyclers Let Loose on the Community!

The Master Recycler classes ended last Wednesday and they have proven to be both interesting and educational.
We learned, among other things, that Recycling must be thought of in conjunction with two more Rs – Reduce and Reuse.

I’m pretty sure that EVERYONE is familiar with the tenants of recycling by now. In practice, Oregonians recycled 48.2 percent of our waste in 2008. It seems that the recycling message has been taken to heart. Where can we go from here? What about pre-cycling?
